Who We Are
Yuva Vikash Kendra (YVK) is a youth-led, community-based organization founded in Agartala, Tripura, in 2014. Inspired by Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. S.N. Subbarao (Bhai Ji), YVK engages over 2,000 volunteers and is governed by a five (05) trustees and a working committee of twenty seven (27) members from eight Tripura districts. We foster inclusive, sustainable, value-driven development across Northeast India.

Yuva Vikash Kendra (YVK) is a youth-led organization dedicated to driving equitable and sustainable development across Northeast India. Grounded in the Gandhian ethos of non-violence, self-reliance, and social justice.
Vision
To create an inclusive, peaceful, and sustainable society where empowered women & youth lead transformative change, rural and indigenous communities achieve self-reliance with dignity, and development is rooted in the principles of equity, non-violence, and cultural integrity.

Annual Heritage Fest
Has become a leading cultural event in Tripura which is contently organizing every year in the month of November with the support of Government of Tripura and two Co-Partner Vishwa Yuvak Kendra and Bajaj Foundation.
National-Level Outreach Programs
Through Sadbhavana Yatra in 2022 and Environmental Campaigns in 2019 with the support of Government of Tripura and others.
Bhai Ji Handloom Center
Run for handloom training and production where 45 women are working. This center started with the support of Bajaj Foundation and Vishwa Yuvak Kendra.
